As part of the tour, we will drive along Spadina Avenue, where Toronto’s oldest and most iconic Chinese is located. During the outside visit of Casa Loma, a castle-shaped mansion-museum, travelers will have the opportunity to learn about the history of this remarkable architectural monument. Travellers can also take photos and videos of the castle (outside only). For those interested in knowing the museum inside, we recommend letting us know in advance, that way, our tour guide will organize the tour itinerary leaving the visit to Casa Loma at the end of the itinerary. As we proceed along Front Street in front of the historic Union Station we will also pass in front of the imposing Fairmont Royal York Hotel. Opened in 1929 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, this majestic châteauesque hotel was once the tallest building in the British Empire. For nearly a century it has been the temporary home of British royalty—including Queen Elizabeth II—heads of state and celebrities. A true symbol of elegance and tradition in the financial heart of Toronto.

Berczy Park is known as "The Fountain of Dogs Park" is a very popular meeting and recreational spot for pets and their owners. In the center of the park is a unique fountain with sculptures of dogs from whose mouths spring water. Next to Berczy Park is one of Toronto's most iconic buildings: the Gooderham Building. We will take a walking tour of the old distillery district. This National Historic Site (1988) is the largest collection of Victorian industrial architecture in North America (5.3 hectares). Since 2003, its more than 40 heritage buildings and 10 streets have been franchise-free. The district is home to unique cafes, art galleries, boutiques, jewelry stores, artist studios, and restaurants (such as the famous Mill Street Brewery).
