For guests booking our transfer service from Hanoi only: Between 8:00 and 8:45 AM, you will be picked up directly from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area, Hanoi Opera House, or a designated meeting point if you are outside these areas. The transfer follows the newest highway, taking approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to reach Halong Bay.

For guests not using our transfer service, please arrive at Tuan Chau Marina in advance to board the cruise. Late arrivals will need to arrange and pay for a private speedboat transfer to the cruise on their own. Upon arrival at Station No.17 – Overnight Cruise Port, guests will be warmly welcomed by the receptionist at the designated waiting lounge.

After a short rest, a high-speed tender will transfer you to the main cruise ship in about 25 minutes. Upon boarding, you will receive a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink from the crew. A brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines will be provided in the restaurant, followed by check-in and settling into your suite cabin. Enjoy a delicious lunch onboard as the cruise begins its scenic journey to explore the stunning Lan Ha Bay.

In case of unfavorable weather, the itinerary may change to visit the stunning Dark and Bright Cave, known for its pristine natural beauty in Lan Ha Bay. Guests will explore the romantic Ba Trai Dao area with its natural lagoon and three islets resembling giant peaches. Activities include kayaking, swimming, and sightseeing. Return to the cruise for a pre-dinner sunset party with a Happy Hour promotion at the bar. Join a cooking demonstration to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes, followed by a delicious seafood and local cuisine dinner. Evening entertainment options such as squid fishing and karaoke are available before overnight accommodation onboard.
