Under the guidance of a professional soba instructor, you will learn the traditional techniques of mixing, kneading, rolling, and cutting buckwheat dough entirely from scratch.
This beginner-friendly experience includes clear, step-by-step instruction, so no prior experience is required.
After completing your noodles, you will cook and enjoy the soba you made yourself, freshly prepared and served in the traditional Japanese style.
This hands-on workshop allows you to experience authentic Japanese soba making in a relaxed, small-group setting.
