You'll first meet your Japanese host — or English-speaking support staff — at a nearby train station. From there, you'll walk through a lived-in Tokyo neighborhood to a local supermarket, where your host will introduce you to everyday Japanese ingredients and show you how local people actually shop.
Then comes the highlight: you'll be welcomed into your host's home, where you'll prepare Japanese home-style dishes together — the kind of food people actually enjoy at home in Japan.
