You can experience making food samples, a traditional Japanese culture, at Kappabashi. Food samples are a part of Japanese culture. You can make a realistic looking food sample with wax. You can see many of these food samples in the showcases of Japanese restaurants. This time, we will make tempura, a famous Japanese food. You do not need to bring anything to participate in this workshop. Kappabashi has many cooking tools, which are also used by Japanese chefs. There are so many varieties that you may get lost.
