Tirana has two faces: the one tourists see by day, and the one locals live by night. When the sun sets, the city changes rhythm: streets that were once tourist-quiet fill with real Tiranë life, and stories that stay hidden in daylight finally come out to be told. Walk both sides of the city with a local storyteller, starting the night the Albanian way, with a welcome taste of raki in Skanderbeg Square. From there, wander through a market still humming after dark, past ancient castle walls turned pedestrian nightlife, to a monument once built to glorify a dictator and now reborn as a symbol of the city’s future.
