The tour starts at 7:30 a.m. at the letters "YO AMO PETÉN," on Flores Island. From there we will travel to the jungle to discover Tikal, one of the great cities of the ancient Mayan civilization. This place also has a special connection with cinema: Tikal was used as a set to represent the rebel base on Yavin 4 in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. From here you can see the same landscape that appeared in one of the most memorable scenes of the movie.

Lost World is one of the most fascinating corners of Tikal, where the jungle and Mayan architecture meet in perfect harmony. Here you will discover the impressive Great Pyramid, one of the oldest structures in the city, while your guide transports us to the time when Tikal was a powerful ceremonial center.
