Liability Insurance: Please note that we do not provide liability insurance for the protection of Participants. Participation is at the sole risk of the Participant. By booking and joining a tour activity, you (and any representative acting on your behalf) release the company and its affiliates—including staff, contractors, and shareholders—from any claims or liabilities related to injury, loss, or damage, regardless of cause. You also agree to indemnify and protect the company and its affiliates from any legal claims or expenses, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from your participation.

Health, Medical Conditions and Personal Accident Insurance: By booking and participating in a tour activity, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved—including weather exposure, food-related illness, accidental injury, and other hazards. You confirm that you are in good health and not affected by any condition that would increase your risk during the activity. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own personal accident and liability insurance.

Behaviour Policy: To ensure a positive experience for all, the tour reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or poses a risk to others. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued in such cases.

Media Rights, Photography and Filming: your tour may capture photographs and video footage during tours. These may be used for promotional purposes, including on the company’s website and marketing materials.
