We’ll begin our adventure immersed in the heart of Mexico’s agave country, visiting expansive blue agave fields to learn about the life and work of a local day laborer. You’ll get hands-on experience—planting and even harvesting your own agaves under the guidance of seasoned jimadores.
After a rewarding morning in the fields, we’ll join the farmers for a well-deserved, delicious breakfast made with fresh, organic ingredients sourced straight from the region.
To top it off, we’ll kick off our first tequila tasting right there among the agaves, with the company of friendly horses and the breathtaking landscape all around us.
