You arrive at a historic 1950s farm, in the heart of the island.
The table is already set.
You taste artisan bread, extra virgin olive oil, Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc, cheeses and preserves, cured meats, pastry from the bakery, and fresh seasonal fruit. Coffee or tea. All organic and local.
Mallorcan IGP/DOP wine pairing available.
You wander the fields if you feel like it. Wild olive trees. A seasonal vegetable garden. Young fruit trees, freshly planted.
You visit Sa Paradeta, our farm shop. You buy what you tasted.
You leave with a real Mallorcan afternoon in the countryside. And, without meaning to, you leave it a little more alive.
