Starting at the Plein, the grand square in the heart of The Hague, you'll open the Explorial app, enter the 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, and set off past the statesmen's statues. The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city.
The Binnenhof opens the game: the medieval castle courtyard where Dutch politics has played out for 800 years. Riddles circle the Ridderzaal and its Gothic towers.
Noordeinde Palace follows — the King's working palace, guarded by a golden coach legend or two. Trivia peeks behind the royal railings.
Then the Lange Voorhout spreads out its double rows of lime trees, ringed by embas...
