An intimate and unique journey, set on a natural beach in Tenerife South. This 2 hour experience is suitable for women of all levels.
We begin at the meeting point, then take a coastal walk to our space. This quiet and friendly arrival allows you to ground, connect and immerse yourself in the beauty around you.
Through meditation, yoga and breath-work, you’ll release tension and discover a sense of presence.
We add a layer of magic to the practice with natural aromatherapy oils to awaken the senses. Soft sound healing elements are integrated creating an ocean-inspired rhythm.
