Using a net, you’ll choose your oyster and watch as it’s opened to reveal your beautiful, real pearl inside. After the reveal, you’ll receive a personalised certificate and discover your pearl’s unique characteristics — size, colour, shape, surface and lustre — with guidance from our friendly team. Multilingual interactive touchscreens are also available to help you explore what makes each pearl truly unique.
