Live a food and wine tour designed to discover the territory of the Castelli Romani through the combination of wine and cuisine.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, where you will learn about the production philosophy of Eredi dei Papi, the volcanic soil and the work done in the vineyard and cellar.
Afterwards you will take part in a guided tasting of four wines – "Fuorionda" Metodo Classico, "Piperino" Metodo Classico, "Distinto" IGT Lazio Cesanese and "Composto" IGT Lazio Rosso – each accompanied by a course designed to enhance its aromas, structure and balance.
