During this experience inside you will be guided on a path dedicated to Sicilian cassata, not as a simple dessert, but as an authentic expression of culture. Together with an Expert you will discover the history, influences and symbolism that have made the cassata an icon of the island, exploring its colors, shapes and decorative details.
You will then move on to the practical part: you will witness the processing of ricotta, sponge cake and marzipan and participate in the final decoration with candied fruit, creating your cassata like a small work of art.
