Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Your experience of the Welcome to Country ceremony and morning tea begins on the ground before the flight.

Hotel and cruise-terminal transfers are available on request. Contact hello@natchaculturaltours.com to arrange before your tour date.

7 days notice is preferred to secure your preferred departure time. For requests inside 7 days, please contact the operator directly to confirm aircraft availability.

This is a private charter of the whole aircraft. Minimum 1 guest. Maximum 3 paying guests on the Robinson R66, or 5 paying guests on the Bell 407. The Aboriginal cultural facilitator occupies one seat on every flight. Aircraft type is confirmed at booking based on your group size, passenger weights and availability.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
•
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
