Pastry chefs trained in France brought back the craft and talent and took the aristocracy from Turkish Delights to French Eclairs. In this 3-hour-long experience, we will go through the ages of sweets and pastries but also find out about the 500-year history of the city. Combining French, Oriental, and Balkan influences, Bucharest is the city of contrasts.
