An area inside the Natural Park of Costa Vicentina that still remains quiet, perfect for a relaxed SUP experience away from crowds and boats, and our groups are generaly quite small. You can Jump off a cliff or two for an adrenaline thrill, Swim and Snorkle through small adventurous sea caves to feel like an explorer. Admire huge cliffs and secret beaches accessible only by the sea. Pictures and videos are included so you can enjoy the tour.

Our garage is right next to "The Den" Café, once you get to the main traffic lights turn towards Ingrina / Zavial and you'll see this Café. Two doors down on the left you’ll find our garage with our logos. There’s free parking on the street and by the playground close to traffic lights.

Itinerary
You'll explore the hidden caves of Ingrina and Barranco beaches, near Lagos on a Stand Up Paddleboard. Beginners and experienced are welcome! ASI certified SUP Instructors will deliver a 10min land based lesson on techniques and safety. All paddle boarding equipment and wetsuits are provided, as well as Snorkeling equipment.
You are now ready to hit the water, starting at a slow pace, stopping to enjoy magnificent grottoes, rock formations and take pictures. Visit hidden beaches, and paddle inside turquoise water caves.
