Itinerary
Υoga Experience begins with breathing, followed by asanas to get a calming flow and finishes with a meditation on the mat to clear our minds. During the lesson, I offer adjustments concerning the health and fitness state. The entire experience lasts almost 1 hour.
You can also add a Reiki healing session or a Fascia Release & Nervous System Reset (extras).
