This is a very unique activity because all products are directly sourced from around a village in the Castilla La Mancha area of rural Spain.
Nothing served comes from city supermarkets, all from local farms. Congratulations for responsible travel & supporting local family farmers around this small village (pop. 67).
I’m Paul your private chef who travelled, cooked & ate my way around Spain. Typical dishes could be 25 day old baby lamb or pig, or bulls tail slowly cooked for 8 hours in wine n herbs from the land. Even River fish, or La Mancha egg plants, vegetables from my garden.
I cook to Michelin star standard but I will never want a Michelin star as I refuse to work in a restaurant. ...

Escape the city for 7 hours, see beautiful countryside, travel by comfortable transport to where you will be the only tourist in this unspoiled picturesque village (pop. only 68!) only 1 hour from downtown Madrid.
Be welcomed into our private home in the official protected grounds of a 10th Century castle overlooking the valley.
On booking, your private chef will contact you ahead of time to discuss your perfect 'Michelin standard' menu of farmed sourced meats and/or locally grown vegetables.
Taste our outstanding 'award winning' D.O. wines, vermouths and liquors by our local family winery. (Alcohol +18s only).
