As the first light of dawn touches Patong Beach at 6:55 am, you’ll meet your yoga teacher from Aadi Yoga and Sound Healing Centre right on the soft sands by the ocean. Begin your morning surrounded by the sound of gentle waves and the refreshing sea breeze — the perfect setting to awaken your body and mind.
Your class starts with gentle warm-up stretches and breathing techniques (Pranayama) to connect your energy with nature. Then, flow through a series of traditional Indian Hatha and Vinyasa yoga postures, guided by Master Deepak, an experienced yoga teacher from India who blends classical yoga wisdom with a friendly, accessible teaching style.
