A few days before departure, our team reaches out via WhatsApp to confirm pick-up time and location. Guests can also add Fast Track and Lounge Service at the airport for a smoother departure experience.
Guests are collected directly from their resort’s dock where available. If the resort doesn’t have a dock, a short private taxi ride (usually 5–10 minutes) to the nearest marina will be organized. Our friendly crew will be waiting at the dock to assist with boarding and luggage.
