The Renaissance Falkland Palace was commissioned by King James IV, and was a favourite retreat place for Mary Queen of Scots. It also has the oldest real tennis court in the world.

We will make our way along the East Neuk, passing through the many fishing villages before stopping at the once bustling fishing village of Pittenweem, here we will visit St Fillan's cave, home to an Irish missionary in the 7th century

Pathead Sands
One of the best beaches in Fife for hunting for Sea shells and Sea glass, which are often found on the beach thanks to the two local Glass factories that were located here 100 years ago.
Back then, unwanted glass was dumped into the sea and still washes up on the beach here after having been polished by the sea and sand.
