From the moment you arrive in the small mountain village, you become part of Balinese life. You’ll stroll through the rice terraces, meet the farmers, and pick fresh herbs straight from the garden. Learn to play the Rindik, the bamboo instrument of the farmer, before starting your culinary journey. You prepare two kinds of Jamu, Indonesia’s ancient and very healthy herbal drink, before creating a full Balinese meal in Paon Bali, our open-air kitchen.
