A deeply grounding and uplifting 3.5 hr Private Retreat guided by Silvestre, designed to reconnect you with your heart through ceremonial cacao, voice mindfulness, somatic practices and sacred sounds. You’ll journey into stillness, release emotional tension, and discover the power of your own sound healing instrument: your voice.
