A nice aperitif and a warm welcome from the owners of this beautiful Villa on the sorrentine hills, is the perfect way to start the cooking class. Luigi will accompany you to the garden to take the harvest for the recipees you are going to prepare with the chefs. During the harvest you can see the lemon pergula, the olive threes, the grapes, the animal from the farm and a large variety of typical mediterranean flora and fauna. After being introduced and explained the menù, guided by the chefs, the preparation will start.
