The Sollipulli volcano has the largest crater in South America. Inside the crater there is a huge glacier, which is one of the most important water sources in Araucanía, with an area of 24 square kilometers. We will travel by vehicle from the meeting point to the starting point of the trek in the Villarrica National Reserve, Sollipulli sector, which takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. From there we will start the trail, which lasts from 7 to 9. This has a medium difficulty, with slopes less than 40 ° and without major risks.
