Itinerary
1
Denmark Street
London’s original Tin Pan Alley — where the walls practically hum with guitar riffs. Denmark Street launched legends. The Sex Pistols squatted here, The Kinks rehearsed upstairs, and David Bowie laid down demos just doors away. It’s where punks, rockers and hit-makers all crossed paths in smoky studios and back-alley clubs. Even today, its music shops echo with the ghosts of greatness. On tour, we’ll trace the rebellious roots of British rock right back to where it was born.
10 minutes
2
Seven Dials
Seven Dials was once the gritty playground for artists before they were legends. We'll connect the dots between hidden venues, vintage record haunts and the rebel creatives who turned this sleepy square into a rock and roll hub. From punk poetry to glam grit, the stories here are as layered as a good double album.
10 minutes
3
Shaftesbury Avenue
Theatreland with a rock soul. Shaftesbury Avenue might be known for musicals, but it's also where rock stars came to get theatrical. Think Hendrix hanging with playwrights, or Bowie blending glam with drama. It’s where Soho’s bright lights met the underground beat. We’ll dive into the surprising ways rockstars used this street — from spontaneous performances to scandalous nights.
10 minutes
4
Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club
You haven’t really heard Soho until you’ve heard Ronnie Scott’s. Whilst it's world-famous for jazz, this club had a serious rock crossover. Hendrix played here. So did Jeff Beck and Sting. We'll talk about the late-night jams, unexpected collaborations, and the rock legends who have walked through these doors.
10 minutes
5
Former Site of Trident Studios
Trident isn’t just a studio — it’s sacred ground. This is where Queen, The Beatles and Bowie recorded some of their most iconic tracks. Walking by, you'd never guess the revolution that happened behind those doors. On the tour, we’ll pull back the curtain on Trident’s rock royalty sessions and the magic that shaped music history.
10 minutes
6
Berwick Street Market
Stand on the shoulders of giants and stroll past legendary record shops and talk about the indie scene that kept rock alive in the era of Britpop and beyond.
10 minutes
7
Broad Street Cholera Pump
What’s a Victorian water pump doing on a rock and roll tour? Trust us, it's worth it. Because just like a great band, rock history thrives on unexpected turns. We’ll tie in this quirky spot to the spirit of rebellion, disruption, and standing against the mainstream.
10 minutes
8
Carnaby Street
Swinging London started here. Carnaby was the stomping ground for the mods, rockers, and style rebels of the '60s. A place where sound and style collided to create a new youth culture. We’ll relive the electric energy that made Carnaby the catwalk of rock.
10 minutes
9
Ziggy Stardust Plaque
Full Ziggy. Standing under that anonymous black sign. We’ll recreate the photo, talk about how Bowie redefined what it meant to be a rock star, and soak in the cosmic weirdness that made this street a portal to glam rock’s golden age.
10 minutes
10
Savile Row
The place where rock said goodbye to the ‘60's....No tickets, no warning — just four legends going out on their own terms.
