A surprising 16th-century granary that served as a core survival strategy for the republic during sieges and blockades. It features 15 enormous stone pits carved directly into the rock beneath the floor for grain storage. Upstairs, it houses a rich collection of traditional costumes, tools, and everyday objects from Dubrovnik's rural hinterland.
