Enter St. Peter’s Basilica first thing, then climb above Vatican City for sweeping views over St. Peter’s Square and the rooftops of Rome. Next, return to ground level to see the Pietà di Michelangelo inside St. Peter's Basilica.
The tour continues with timed entry tickets to the Vatican Museums, where your guide leads you through highlights such as the Pio-Clementino Museum, Gallery of Maps, and Raphael Rooms. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Meet your guide at Largo Del Colonnato. This is the area just outside of the St. Peters Square colonnades, on the right side when looking at St. Peter’s Basilica. Our staff will be there holding a “The Tour Guy” sign standing between the fountain and the green kiosk.
