This beautifully preserved castle dates back to the 14th century. It was created by the Scaligeri family to defend Verona, and features a rare medieval port. The castle is also known for the legend of Ebengardo’s ghost, who is said to haunt its grounds in search of his wife

This picture-perfect villa was once a lavish retreat for wealthy Ancient Romans. Today, while it is in ruins, its grandeur can still be felt with its incredible architecture and mosaics floors. A large olive grove surrounds the area and some olive trees are centuries old.
