Travel Day & Acclimatization
11:00 AM — Meet at the designated pickup point in Chengdu (exact time confirmed by driver the night before). Board your vehicle and begin the scenic 4-hour journey westward.
En Route: Pass through Dujiangyan, Yingxiu, and Wolong, then drive through the Balang Mountain Tunnel. Watch the landscape transform from the lush Chengdu Plain to the rugged Tibetan-Qiang highlands.
15:30 PM — Photo stop at Maobeiliang Viewpoint for a panoramic view of all four Siguniang peaks before descending to town.
16:00 PM — Arrive at Siguniang Town (3,200m) and check into your hotel (twin-share). Your local mountain guide will contact you to confirm gear, review tomorrow's plan, and provide safety briefings.
Evening: Rest, organize your gear, and prepare mentally for the climb. The town has outdoor gear rental shops if you need anything.
