Choose three dishes from our Khmer menu and join our chef at a local market to explore Cambodian ingredients and flavors. After that, we’ll head to our purpose-built garden pavilion for your hands-on interactive class. Led by one of our fantastic chefs, you’ll learn to cook three delicious Cambodian dishes that you can recreate at home, such as Fish Amok(come with steam rice ), spring rolls vegetable or meat ,and bananas in palm sugar with coconut juice.
