We start the tour with an approximately 2-hour drive to Punta Tombo. Along the way, we will make our first stop to observe the replica of the largest dinosaur ever discovered in the world, which was found in our province (approximately 15 minutes). We then continue our journey through the Patagonian steppe until reaching Punta Tombo, home to the most important Magellanic penguin colony on the American continent. Finally, we will visit the Punta Tombo Penguin Colony, where we will spend approximately 2 hours exploring the reserve. Here, travelers can observe thousands of Magellanic penguins in their natural habitat. The area is also home to guanacos, maras, piches (Patagonian armadillos), and many other native species that inhabit the region.

After visiting the reserve, we begin our approximately 2-hour journey back to Puerto Madryn. If time permits, we will enjoy a panoramic city tour, visiting some of the most important landmarks and viewpoints of our beautiful coastal city. This additional tour lasts approximately 1 hour and offers a great opportunity to learn more about Puerto Madryn.
