Itinerary
1
Monte Pellegrino
Begin your unforgettable sailing adventure from the exclusive marina of Villa Igiea, one of the most elegant spots on Palermo’s coastline. From here, we’ll set sail toward Mondello, cruising along the western side of Monte Pellegrino, a legendary cliff that dominates the Gulf of Palermo with breathtaking views. Enjoy a slow and sustainable journey, surrounded by dramatic rock formations and lush Mediterranean vegetation.
2
Mondello
The heart of the day is our long stop in Mondello, Palermo’s most beloved beach town, framed between Monte Pellegrino and Monte Gallo. Once a swampy fishing village, Mondello became a fashionable seaside destination in the early 20th century, with stunning Art Nouveau villas that remain a highlight today.
Here you’ll have about 3 hours to swim in crystal-clear waters, relax in the sun, stroll along the shore, or enjoy a delicious lunch served on board. Weather permitting, we’ll anchor in front of Mondello Beach or near the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve. The meal includes fresh local products, chilled drinks, and—if you wish—a glass of fine Sicilian wine.
3 hours
3
Riserva Naturale Orientata Di Capo Gallo
After lunch, we’ll sail to the Capo Gallo's Natural Reserve, one of Sicily’s most spectacular protected areas. Established in 2001, this 586-hectare reserve is a haven of biodiversity, featuring endemic plant species and caves with prehistoric archaeological significance.
The landscape here is stunning: dramatic cliffs plunging into deep blue waters, hidden coves perfect for a swim or snorkel, and—if you're lucky—a chance to spot seabirds or even dolphins in the distance.
Once in front of Capo Gallo's Lighthouse there will be during the sunset doing an aperitif.
