This is a special private lunch plan available only at "Iida," a lodge in a local fishing town on the Shakotan Peninsula. The meal is a seasonal kaiseki-style course featuring an abundance of fresh seafood from Shakotan, highlighted by "Shakotan Buri Shabu" – a luxurious shabu-shabu hot pot of Shakotan yellowtail. The colorful spread also includes a sashimi platter, simmered dishes, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet), all showcasing local ingredients.
