A unique journey through the flavors of Liguria. A professional sommelier will guide you through the tasting of five Riserva wines from Vinaccieri Ballerini, paired with outstanding local gastronomic specialties.
We begin with NAVIGATO BIANCO, made from Vermentino grapes — dry, elegant, and authentically tied to Sestri Levante.
Next is TRAM, an innovative blend of Vermentino and Traminer Aromatico, created in collaboration with Luca De Paoli — truly surprising!
