Itinerary
We will meet in my studio in the heart of Casco Viejo, surrounded by history and iconic architecture.
I will have a mat waiting for everyone.
After introductions, we will each come to a comfortable seat on our mats and I will ask the group if there are any special requests or limitations I need to know about before we begin.
I will set the expectation that each person is free to choose what feels good to them and what they would like to skip. I will offer cues, but each person is free to do only what they choose throughout the practice.
Together we will set our intentions, connect with our breath, and enjoy a beautiful yoga practice.
