Itinerary

Tivoli Gardens
The self-guided tour starts in front of the iconic Tivoli Gardens, the world's third-oldest amusement park dating back to 1843.
Learn about Tivoli s history and solve a location-based quest. You will collect words at each stop that lets you read a secret message at the end.
You will not enter Tivoli or other sights, but see them from the outside. But should you want to visit the attractions, you can pause the City Hunt at any time.

Copenhagen City Hall
You are free to visit all attractions along the way. You will for example pass the city hall, where you will learn about the city's founder and solve a location-based quest.
Along the way, you will get nearby recommendations. For example, the city hall where you can visit the world's most precise mechanical clock (for free!)

Stroget
Copenhagen's famous pedestrian shopping street, Strøget, is actually not a street but an area covering four pedestrian streets and three squares. When it opened in 1962, it was the world's longest pedestrian street.
Visit beautiful passages branching off Strøget to solve creative quests.

Jorcks Passage
Learn about the city's history and Danish culture while solving fun quests.

Grabrodretorv
Visit the historic Gråbrødretorv (Greyfriars square) named after the monastery ‘Gråbrødrekloster that was located here 1238 to 1530.
You will also learn about the Great Copenhagen Fires, which destroyed almost all of Copenhagen's mediaeval and Renaissance heritage and solve a quest with help from the beautifully coloured houses.

The Round Tower
Rundetårn (round tower) was built in the 17 century by King Christian IV as an astronomical observatory. It is famous for its equestrian staircase (a.k.a. riders' staircase), which is a gently sloping ramp that can be climbed by horses. The tower is part of the Trinitatis Complex, which also includes a chapel, a church and a library, where Hans Christian.
Note that entrance to Rundetårn is not included and not needed to solve the quest. If you would like to visit the tower, you can simply pause the City Hunt.

Nyhavn
Nyhavn was dug by hand from 1671 to 1673 by Danish soldiers and Swedish war prisoners. The canal allowed ships to bring cargo and fish straight into the heart of the city.
