When we get out into nature and finally take a breath of fresh air, we experience health benefits instantly and long-term.
We will learn plant ID through repetition and note-taking if desired. Participants will receive a PDF guide to key plant and tree species of the area to take notes and refer back to, either through printing themselves (free), purchasing a high-quality booklet version ($10), or using the company's reusable resources (free).

Meet with a local naturalist to discover one of the best trails in the Comox Valley. Learn key features of our temperate rainforest, basic plant and tree ID, and take in the breathtaking power of Nymph Falls along the Puntledge River.
