Valle De La Luna
We will start the tour from San Pedro de Atacama towards the Salt Range, in the heart of the Atacama Desert, the most arid place on Earth. Our destination will be one of its most picturesque and emblematic points: the Valley of the Moon. Its name already anticipates the scenery that awaits us, a landscape where rock formations sculpted by erosion predominate, extensive salt blankets, the imposing Dune Major and panoramic views that will make you feel on another planet.
We will cross the valley to discover its most iconic formations: the Three Marys, the Canyon and the Amphitheater, each with its own character and charm.
To close the tour, we will head to the viewpoint of Licanantay, from where we will enjoy an unforgettable sunset. There you can watch the desert slowly change color, while the great volcanoes of the horizon complete a natural spectacle that will undoubtedly leave you speechless.
