La nourriture est simple, mais fraîchement préparée : poisson frit, fruits de mer variés, poulet ou homard (avec supplément), accompagnés de salade, de riz ou de bananes plantains.

Le départ de votre cabine sur l'île est à 8h00 et vous devriez être de retour à Panama City entre 18h00 et 19h00.

Le transfert en bateau du port aux îles peut être agité et présenter des embruns. Si vous êtes sensible au mal des transports, prévoyez des médicaments adaptés. Vous pourriez également être mouillé ; pensez donc à prévoir des protections pour vos bagages et vous-même.
