San Blas Islands
If you select the optional Panama City transportation, the driver picks you up between 5:00–5:30 am for the 2.5–3 hour drive to the Port of Carti.
If driving yourself, remember only 4x4 SUVs are permitted into Guna Yala.
At the port, logistics may appear unorganized, but the Guna staff have a very efficient system—your boat captain will organize the transfer.
During the 25–35 minute boat ride to the island, your captain may make brief stops at other islands to pick up or drop off guests.

Isla Diablo (Niadup)
Arrive at Isla Diablo by around 10:00am, check in to your shared traditional cabin, and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch.
Spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing in hammocks, walking the shoreline, or meeting the friendly Guna family that lives on the island.
Enjoy a delicious dinner at sunset before settling in for a peaceful island night.
Isla Diablo (Niadub) is one of the most well known islands in San Blas as it is located very close to Isla Perro, which features the famous ship wreck.
