Spend two hands-on hours cooking two Italian classics from scratch in a characterful Roman cafe that has been part of the neighbourhood since 1923. Your local host walks you through making fresh gnocchi by hand, shaping each dumpling the traditional way, then finishing it with basil pesto. You will then assemble a classic tiramisu layer by layer before sitting down to enjoy everything you have made with wine in a warm and sociable setting. No cooking experience needed.
