When you arrive at Arismari in Amari, we welcome you with a refreshing fruit salad to start the evening on a pleasant note. Then, you begin preparing traditional Cretan dishes together with us, such as Greek salad, dakos, and bread, while learning the secrets of the ingredients and preparation techniques. Along the way, you create a dakos and enjoy it on the spot, experiencing the authentic taste of Crete.
