Itinerary
You'll be welcomed into the modern soundbath studio with a cup of specially blended, herbal, chai tea. You'll remove your shoes and silence your cell phone. Then be invited to choose a spot that is set for your maximum comfort with cushioned mats, blankets, pillow, bolster and organic eye pillow. Once settled you'll lay down on your back and guided through a relaxing meditation to calm the mind and prepare you for the soundbath experience. As the soundbath begins expect your body and mind to go on a restorative journey as your nervous system relaxes and your brain slows from its busy state.
