- Preparation: On site you will meet your instructor. You can take advantage of our changing rooms to change your clothes and leave your things. Once your equipment has been collected, we will take our mini-bus to reach the start of the route. On site, before you take the plunge, a briefing on the course of the activity and the safety instructions will be provided.
