Upon arrival at the Adrenalima meeting point in Bagni di Lucca, you will meet your certified instructor, who will provide you with all the necessary equipment, including wetsuit, helmet and life jacket. After a brief briefing on safety and basic techniques, you will move to the Lima River entrance point.
The activity takes place along one of the most picturesque stretches of the river, alternating exciting rapids and quieter stretches, perfect for enjoying the natural landscape. During the descent, the instructor will guide you constantly, ensuring safety, support and fun throughout the experience.
