The tour is set directly on-site at their working industrial mill (beneficio), "El Diamante," offering visitors a transparent look at authentic, commercial-scale production rather than a staged tourist setup. The experience provides a comprehensive educational journey that tracks the entire life cycle of the coffee bean—guiding guests through the initial seed-planting nurseries, into the sustainable agricultural fields, and directly through the industrial sorting, pulping, and roasting facilities before concluding with a professional tasting.
