Masseria Stali grows its own ingredients — cereals, vegetables, olive oil — all certified biological, all harvested on the estate. Your hands-on session is guided by an expert operator who will walk you through three traditional pasta formats and their sauces, from dough to plate. The experience begins with a tour of the farm and its own-grown raw materials, grounding the cooking in the land itself. Everything you cook, you eat — paired with a glass of the estate's wine. This is not a demonstration: you roll, you shape, you cook, you taste.

Itinerary
Your experience opens with a guided introduction to the farm and its certified organic production — olive oil, cereals and seasonal vegetables all grown on the estate. Your host will introduce the raw ingredients you'll be working with before the hands-on session begins. Equipped with apron, gloves and tools provided by the masseria, you'll prepare three traditional Pugliese pasta formats by hand, along with their classic dressing sauces. Once cooked, you'll sit down to taste everything you've made. Guests who wish to extend the experience can add a second traditional course — Nonna's meatballs, available in a vegetarian/vegan version — or upgrade to full table service with larger portions, ...
